Spread across three key venues in New Delhi, the event featured accessible venue transformations, seamless logistics, and athlete-first planning. The 38th National Games, held in Uttarakhand, marked a historic milestone as India’s first ever Green Games launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Executed by Deepali Designs, the event featured sustainable planning, multi-sport logistics, venue overlays and branding, and immersive tech across 11 venues and 32+ sports disciplines. Highlights included the Tejaswini Torch Relay, 360° projection mapping, the Sports Vision Conclave, and an engaging Fan Park. From the launch ceremony featuring the logo, mascot, anthem, and jersey to the grand closing, Deepali Designs transformed the Games into a powerful celebration of sport, sustainability, and national pride, setting a new benchmark for large-format sporting events in India.

January and February 2023 witnessed an outstanding display of sportsmanship and athletic excellence as around six thousand players from across the country vied for being on top of the podium. The 4th edition of the KIYG was held across Madhya Pradesh, India. 6000+ Players Competed for Gold and Glory. Over the course of thirteen days, these athletes fought for more than 900 medals, including around three hundred gold medals, in 27 different sports events. The games were held in eight cities of Madhya Pradesh – Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Mandla, Balaghat and Maheshwar, as well as in the capital Delhi.13,000 officials and 2,000 volunteers were deployed across all these cities to make this event a grand success.

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. contributed to the success of Khelo India University Games 2022, a sprawling national multi-sport event held across Uttar Pradesh (Lucknow, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Gautam Buddha Nagar) with shooting contests in New Delhi, featuring over 4,000 athletes from 200+ universities competing across 21 sports. The 12-day Games introduced rowing for the first time, broke 11 meet records, and saw fierce competition in swimming, kabaddi, shooting, and more. With Panjab University topping the medal tally (69), the event stood out not only for athletic excellence but also for its large-scale coordination, iconic ceremonies, and vibrant display of India’s young sporting talent.

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. contributed to the success of the Jind Kabaddi 2018, a prominent event in Haryana's rich kabaddi tradition. Held in Jind, the tournament featured intense matches that showcased the region's passion for the sport. Deepali's expertise in event execution ensured seamless coordination, enhancing the overall experience for participants and spectators alike. The event highlighted the importance of community engagement and the promotion of traditional sports in India.

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. played a pivotal role in the Bharat Kesri Dangal 2017, a freestyle kushti (wrestling) competition organized by the Haryana Sports and Youth Affairs Department at War Heroes Memorial Stadium, Ambala Cantt. The event, held on 21 March 2017, saw male and female wrestlers competing under the “Badalta Haryana Badhta Haryana” initiative. Through strong presentation, stage presence, and seamless match execution, the competition embodied tradition, grit, and local sporting culture.

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. was part of the grand spectacle of the 35th National Games 2015 in Kerala, held from 31 January to 14 February across seven districts with over 11,600 athletes competing in 33 sports. The opening ceremony at Greenfield Stadium dazzled spectators, while the Game’s innovation in venue use and “Green Games” initiatives set new benchmarks. Through dynamic staging, thematic décor, and immersive set-ups, the event celebrated sportsmanship and national pride.

Deepali Designs & Exhibits Pvt. Ltd. contributed to the success of the 22nd Asian Athletics Championships 2017 held at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar, where over 560 athletes from 41 countries competed in 42 track and field events. The stadium underwent massive transformation within 90 days, with upgraded tracks, floodlights, and warm-ups to meet international standards. Spectacular ceremonial showcases alongside meticulous event execution made it one of the largest and most memorable athletics meets in India.
